Taking the step to talk about your debt is great. By making the decision to take action you should begin to feel that you are doing something positive to take charge of the situation. The first steps are the hardest but you will begin to feel better if you take action rather than hope your debts will disappear by themselves.

Once you have decided to take action things won’t happen overnight but you will be on your way. Try taking your mind off things by watching a movie or exercising. If you exercise just 3 hours each week this has been proven to reduce depression by 47%.

To help promote a stress free environment get organised. An untidy living space creates confusion and a sense of loss of power. Have a good clear out and you will feel much better.
